Hi Laurie!

Just a quick note to thank you so very much for all of the care and attention you took with the fitting of my glasses this morning. You were indeed grace under pressure, with everything that was going on.

You should know too that I bumped into Edith (the older lady that was there when I first got there and then came back before I left - I think we thought her name was Ellie), at The Bay about an hour later. She said some very complimentary things about you. I tried to disagree, but it just turned into a Laurie Calloway love-in. It would appear you have a fan club.

And by the way, yes, it would appear I am going to be a walking billboard for you and Randall. Got lots of comments on the glasses while I was shopping and yes, "Downtown Eyewear", slipped from my lips (along with directions).

I had always hated shopping for glasses until I came to Randall. I walked in just to browse while walking downtown and loved the selection! I was having fun trying on frames and told Randall that I was going to start wearing contacts because my glasses always gave me headaches after a couple of hours. He said it was because they didn't fit me.

After a short education on my head shape Randall informed me that he could fix my problem. At the time I couldn't justify dropping so much on a pair of glasses when I had a pair but as soon as my cheap pair broke, I was in his shop again.

With his help I got the perfect pair of glasses. I love them and wear them all the time - no headaches! Everywhere else I was told that I would get used to the feeling of wearing glasses and the headaches would pass (I've had multiple pairs from mulitple places over the years). Randall knew better, and he was right.

I've given rave reviews of the service I've received at Downtown Eyewear and my husband and brother have both purchased frames. We all look and feel fantastic and won't shop anywhere else!

the frame picked out....it was the one! That takes a well-trained eye!

You kindly assisted me with making sure they fit just perfect and
greeted me with a smile when I returned for adjustments. You even stayed late to assist me, so greatly appreciated.

I later went over to another business downtown, and the cashier
raved about my glasses......she indicated that she worked in the
eyewear industry for years and said my frames were a keeper! I gave her your name and store info, gladly with excitement.

I know these glasses will serve me well for awhile but I will still stop in and see you and stay connected!!
